As our digestion, metabolism and nutritional needs are as unique as our fingerprints, we offer individualised nutrition, health and sports performance advice for all levels and ages of athletes, players, coaches and parents. 

 

We currently work with a wide range of athletes including professional and elite boxers, inter-county and club GAA, hockey and soccer players, World and European martial artists, endurance cyclists and marathon runners.

My background:

I am an IINH qualified (higher diploma) nutrition and health coach specialising in sports performance where I incorporate my passion for local seasonal whole-foods with training, injury prevention, hydration and sleep advice.  (#NEWS)  We design individual, realistic and sustainable plans to suit all ages and levels involved in sport.
