For those who say they don't have time to work out check out the brilliant 7 min workout which is a HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) plan and in my opinion is probably the only HIIT plan you will need and the beauty is you can do it anywhere and no expensive equipment is needed! It doesn't sound too hard but you will be surprised how tough it can be. Once you have mastered 7 mins it do it twice or three times for maximum benefit !



Proprioception, is the sense of the relative position of one's own parts of the body and strength of effort being employed in movement. It is sometimes described as the "sixth sense". In humans, it is provided by proprioceptors in skeletal striated muscles and tendons and the fibrous membrane in joints. Like everything we need to practice and to engage these proprioceptors by doing simple balancing exercises. If you can get hold of a wobble board....brilliant! If not this short exercise will be a great benefit....enjoy!
