Our food diary works on a two week basis, simply record everything you eat and drink each day with as much detail as possible, eg scrambled egg - how many eggs?, butter? toast? or cup of coffee- sugar? (i like honey!) milk? cream? as it helps us in making accurate calculations and recommendations.
After the two weeks we will do a consultation either in person or online which usually takes about 30 minutes. After which we will issue our recommendations for long term, sustainable and achievable ways of eating in accordance of our four pillars of NEWS.

Your food diary is strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties. The files will be deleted once recommendations have been given. If you have any questions please feel free to use the contact page to get in touch.
