We all aim to nail our Nutrition, Exercise, Water and Sleep (NEWS) and the key is consistency.
Weather you are an amateur, semi-pro or professional, it is very important to check in to assess where you are regularly and a great tool to do this is from a really good programme called Breakthrough that I have completed a couple of times. I have had brilliant insights with many players and athletes and it can highlight issues that are blocking performance.
